Have you every tried something you never EVER thought you would try? Well, that is exactly what I am aiming to do this year and next.

Over the last 9 months I have been participating in a morning workout group made up of the most awesome women ever! The Ladies are fierce and dedicated to staying healthy and having fun doing it.

The more I walk with them the more they encourage me, and this summer is no exception. We are going to begin training for a 1/2 Marathon!
